Request A Session

It is really easy for you to request an appointment with Jason.

Just fill out the simple form below, and Jason will give you a call back to confirm the details of your appointment (date, time, location, etc.). Note - Jason might be in a session when you message him and will get back to you when he has a moment to check and return messages. Phone and Text Messages tend to be seen and be responded to more quickly than Email. Facebook and other social media messages tend to take the longest.

As a reminder, Jason is usually booked 4-6 weeks in advance. Those needing a specific time or day will need to plan further in advance. Saturday appointments are currently booked 4-5 months in advance.
